Lachuné Boyd

Lachuné's first music experience began in a small black gospel church located in the low country of South Carolina. She ventured on to study music at North Greenville University and is currently completing her Master of Music at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Lachuné recently worked as an Artist of Residence in Fort Worth and released her first recording project, " Sing Hallelujah!".  She's currently vocal coaching for Shine by Carey Lewis, an intensive training program for future performers.

She synthesizes all she has learned to help guide contemporary singers into their artistry and vocal health. She enjoys working with beginners to advanced singers in Contemporary Commercial Music such as Gospel, Christian Contemporary, Pop, R&B/ Soul, and Music Theater.

In the past year, she has helped singers:
  • Strengthen vocal registers and build the voice
  • Establish musical goals 
  • Help interpret/ perform original songs
  • Prep for auditions
  • Build a singing regiment 
  • Build setlist/repertoire for gigs
  • Tackle performance anxiety 

When she is not performing or teaching, She's downtown with her Canon DSLR camera capturing portraits!
