Community Service PerformancesI experience and witness much joy and happiness at The Dallas School of Music every day - what a blessing! However, as wonderful as it is to see our students discover, learn, and play music, it is a greater thrill to see our students sharing their talent with those who need care and hope.
Each semester our students visit various local children hospitals and senior living facilities to serve our brothers and sisters through music. It is a wonderful opportunity for our students to perform while at the same time lifting the spirits of those needing healing and comforting. The Dallas School of Music encourages all of our students, regardless of their experience, level, or age, to participate in our community service performances each semester. It is a tremendous opportunity to grow musically but more importantly, it is a life changing experience that nurtures our calling and desire to serve others, our neighbor.
