Nicholas HausmanNicholas Hausman is from Orefield, Pennsylvania. He received his bachelor's degree in music performance with a concentration in voice and a secondary emphasis in violin performance from the Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam. Nicholas is currently receiving his Master of Music in Voice Performance from the Meadows School of the Arts at Southern Methodist University.
Performing in halls from New York to San Francisco Nicholas has had the pleasure of performing with the Buffalo Philharmonic as a tenor in Brahms’s Requiem in Kleinhans Music Hall and Allentown Symphony Chorus as a violinist in Beethoveen’s 9th Symphony and Mozart's Violin Concerto no. 2 with orchestra. Nick will also be appearing with Opera Lucca this summer in their production of Gianni Schicchi. Nicholas also previously appeared with the award-winning Crane Opera Ensemble in The Enchanted Pig Le nozze di Figaro, Dido and Aeneas, and Zazá. Nicholas also sang in the Domenic J Pellicciotti Opera Competition Prize workshops premiering the role of Billy O’Connor in The Strangers and Ensemble in Computing Venus. Nicholas has performed with the Crane Symphony Orchestra and Crane Chorus as a violinist and the tenor soloist in Beethoven's Mass in C. The Dallas School of Music
